تصميم بطارية اختبار مهارية للاعبي الناشئين بأعمار (10 -12 سنة) بالكرة الطائرة المصغرة

چکیده
ان التقدم في مستويات العالية لمختلف الالعاب والفعاليات الرياضية الجماعية والفردية على حد سواء جاء نتيجة التقصي والبحث المتكرر والاستثمار الصحيح للصعوبات العلمية والعملية مختلف العلوم المعرفية التدريب الرياضي والتعلم والاختبارات والقياس وتوظيفها النحو العلمي الدقيق والسليم والذي يتناغم وينسجم مع طبيعة وقدرات الافراد او الرياضين واعمارهم وامكانياتهم للوصول الى تقويم علمي وموضوعي للاداء المهاري المطلوب فتراته المنافسة , اذ يعد التقويم المجال بشكل عام والانجاز خاص مقياسا للرقي للشعوب وفقا لمنظومة علمية وفق منهجية حقيقية ولمختلف شرائح المجتمع ومنها شريحة الناشئين الذين يمثلون القاعدة الاساسية للمجتمعات كافة المجالات وخصوصا بأعمال (10 -12 سنة ) مشكلة البحث جديرة بالبحث والتقصي والدراسة لتصميم وتقنين بطارية اختبارات يمكن من خلالها قياس المستوى للاعبين الكرة الطائرة المصغرة لجميع المهارات وهي ( الارسال / استقبال الدفاع عن الملعب الاعداد الضرب الساحق القطري والمستقيم حائط الصد المناولة الاعلى والاسفل تم وضع هذه البطارية موضوعي وعلمي وتم مرعاه القدرات البدنية والمهارية وقابلياتهم للوقوف مستوياتهم المهارية ومن ثم امكانية تقويمهم ليكون مؤشرا مهما لهذه الفعالية بتلك الاعمار التي تعتبر ركن اساسي تطوير مستقبلا. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح اما عينة هم لاعبوا المدرسة التخصصية بالكرة محافظة القادسية ااستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية
